Lionel, a creative architect, needs a “one-stop-shop” for personalized client gifts, so he can tell his clients he really understands them, and in turn can deliver them great homes that exceed their needs.
How It Works
Customers can create custom made cupcake orders through Bigfoot Donut! Each order, down to each cupcake is extremely easy and fun to create and customize!
The Homepage :
The homepage will include all the basics such as logo, title, nav bar, a about section giving customers information on different ways to customize orders, a mini gallery of photos and a footer. Custom cupcakes can be made three different ways !
Build A Cupcake :
Build your own custom cupcakes down to the last sprinkle. Customers get to have freedom to create what ever they want! Choose from order size, base flavour, frosting flavour, colours of cupcake, sprinkle colour, sprinkle shapes and even custom hand printed frosting designs.
Themes & Keyword cupcake builder :
If a customer really isn’t sure what kind of cupcakes they want to create, the website will offer themed searches along with keyword searches. Let’s look at our Needs Statement for example. Lionel the architect can create any kind of cupcakes for clients he wants, with any level of information he has on them. Maybe he has a client who is a little hard to read, but he knows that client has a Siamese cat that they adore! Enter in the keyword search Cat and see what the bakers at Bigfoot can come up with!
Lets say Lionel has a client who is very vague in their personal life, he could choose a cupcake order for them through ” themed search”. He could reference his clients design mood for their home, such as simple or modern, and look at clean modern styled cupcakes under that theme.
Final Purchase Steps
The order summary page will provide Lionel with a simplified breakdown of his custom order. He could even add a personal message for free like ” Congratulations on your first home! ” to really add a personal touch.
Tracking information is offered after the purchase, so no need to worry on where the cupcakes are!
