Slack is a great application for instant messaging. We can everyone in the team into one group for easy communication for all of us. We can also create more specific groups, for more specific projects and topics and have each team member added to them if necessary.

2: Document Sharing : Google Drive

Google Drive is a great space for us to share our documents together. It allows our members the ability to share files and documents together. Google Drive has folders and the feature to allow other users to have full access to the documents.

3: Version Control : Github

Github will allow our software team members to collaborate and maintain code, changes in code, and go in to correct any errors or bugs that may come up. Our front and back-end developers will be able to have the speed and collaborative flexibility we need on projects.

4: Prototyping: Adobe XD

Adobe XD will be provided in our Creative Cloud suite. Here we can create and collaborate on prototypes with ease. Adobe XD provides us with a design mode and a prototype mode. Our designers and developers can create static designs on various artboards, and can switch over to interactive prototype mode.

5: Time Tracking: Hubstaff

Hubstaff is a easy to use time keeping application that will be very beneficial to our remote team. Hubstaff can integrate over 30 different apps, including Github! Some key features that will work well for our team are, time tracking, online timesheets, invoicing, project budgeting, team scheduling and payroll management.

6: Project Management: Trello

Our team leaders, art directors and marketing specialist will have easy control of managing projects. Trello is user friendly, and allows different team members, due dates, files and comments to be divided up into different columns for easy visual information on each project.

7: Code Testing : Selenium

Code testing for our team will be made easy with Selenium. It tests various programming languages such as Java, PHP, Python, Ruby and more.

8: Digital Marketing Analytics: Improvado

Using Imporvado for our marketing analytics will ensure higher quality customer service, allow us to gather data from over 300 data sources, reduce manual reporting time, and map data across various platforms.

Google search console will allow our team to monitor our websites presence in googles SERP. Here we can control what gets indexed and how our website will be represented.

10: Page Speed Testing: Pingdom Speed Testing

Pingdom is very reliable and has been around for a long time. It is very user friendly, and will show us our websites performance on a scale of 0 to 100, and will show us the breakdown of our code, content size and more.
